Fat Dog In A Little Bed

We have a bunch of dog beds all over our house. Many of them we have had for many years and were bought for a particular dog. Since we have such a dynamic pack of hounds things rarely stay the same for long. Some doge lose weight(Cody due to his diabetes), some dogs gain weight(Louie for no particular reason). Since Louie has gained a few pounds he likes to find a soft place to rest his considerable form. This past spring we took out the rug we used to have in the living room. That got rid of a lot of soft real estate downstairs. He could sleep on the couch but with the rug gone the tile doesn't give him as much traction as he likes so he is afraid to jump. That brings us back to the the dog beds all over the house. He is to big for almost all of them but that doesn't stop him from stuffing his fat sausage body into. I guess we should get a few bigger beds so he has somewhere to lay down, but it is just so funny to to see him in those small beds.
